All items that are in resalable condition and in their original packages unmarked are able to be returned within 30 days of shipment. Please put a copy of the order or packing slip in the box and return it to:

Items returned must be placed inside a box and no shipping labels should be put on the item itself or its packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. UPS, FedEx and the USPS deliver to our location. We encourage our customers to keep the tracking information and insure the packages. In case the package is lost or damaged in transit the customer will need to file a claim with their carrier.
Returned materials are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The original freight and surcharges are non-refundable. The amount charged for the items less the restocking fee will be refunded back onto the original card that was used to place the order. Return credits normally take 2-3 weeks to process.
Custom orders (split finish, custom sizes, custom finishes) are subject to a 50% restock fee.
Orders cancelled before shipment and within 48 hours will be cancelled without penalty. All non-shipped orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 6% handling charge. If a stated lead time has gone beyond the date supplied their will be no cancellation fee. ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED VIA PHONE. Orders cancelled by voicemail or email cannot be guaranteed to be canceled.
Defective items/Incorrect items
If you have received product and after inspection have found defects in material, finish or functionality or items ordered where not shipped correctly, please call us for a replacement at 877-560-2818. Cape Cod Brass will work with the customer to determine if it is defective. Pictures may be asked for to verify and help determine what the issue is. Once the determination of defect and or incorrectly shipped item is made Cape Cod Brass, Inc. will mail a FedEx call tag for the customer to use. The FedEx call tag is a peel and stick label to be put on the box you are returning.
